My name is Ismael Mendoza, but feel free to call me Ish. I’m a Business Consultant, Customer Success and Sales Leader, Podcaster, Musician, and most importantly a husband and father. I’m based in Fresno, CA (The Agricultural capital of the world).
My award-winning work history has provided me with a variety of skills that allow me to relate to all business levels, to a variety of technical personas, and to work successfully with a diversity of personalities, customers, and external stakeholders.
My continual desire to learn has equipped me with a wide array of operations knowledge and practical tools; primarily in customer success, sales engineering, program management, implementation, information technology, SaaS, design, manufacturing, and project management.
I consider myself to be a results-oriented, data-driven, and empathetic leader; and I believe others whom I have worked with will agree. If the situation calls, I can be a lone wolf, but we all know that wolves work best in a pack.
